In order to ensure Access to Justice for Children, Shakti Vahini is working continuously towards strengthening the child protection ecosystem present at the district level to strengthen the responses of the child protection agencies and law enforcement authorities towards ensuring support and assistance to the victims of crimes against children to ensure justice for children.
The organisation ensures regular coordination and partnership with the law enforcement agencies & the child protection authorities to ensure prevention and elimination of child trafficking, child sexual abuse and child labour in India.
Shakti Vahini conducts regular advocacy and convergence meetings with government stakeholders to strengthen the responses of the agencies to conduct investigation and ensure support and assistance to the minor victims of abuse and exploitation. The stakeholders includes-
- Law enforcement authorities
- Child Protection officials
- Government functionaries
- Religious leaders
- Panchayat officials
- Self-help groups/ASHA & Anganwadi workers
- Child Protection Committees
Shakti Vahini is also working towards strengthening the Emergency Response System to the cases of Child Sexual Abuse/ Child Trafficking and Child Labour for victim support and assistance.

- Monitoring of case trials for ensuring Access to Justice
- Post judgment support for victims of abuse and assistance.
- Support with filing of victim compensation application for access to immediately rehabilitation support and assistance.
